The Menus
Food, wine, and cocktails shaped by season, restraint, and pleasure.
French-inspired dishes paired with an eclectic, France-anchored wine program and wine-driven cocktails.
Maison is led by an expansive, eclectic wine program rooted in France and shaped by organic and biodynamic producers, alongside lesser-known regions and uncommon grape varieties. Curated by Chris Ray of Lutèce, the cellar balances an approachable by-the-glass selection with a small number of rare, expressive bottles.

The cocktail program, designed by TPG Beverage Director Suzy Critchlow, follows the same philosophy: each drink built around a wine-based element or an ingredient made by a winemaker, supported by classic French spirits and thoughtful aperitifs.

The food menu, led by Matt Conroy with Jason Chavenson, is French-inspired, seasonal, and intentionally restrained. House-made pastas, oysters, terrines, and market-driven dishes are designed to complement the glass, whether you’re stopping in briefly or settling in for the evening.
